The hotel staff were kind, helpful, and provided a warm welcome. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel had a convenient shuttle to the beach. The food selection was diverse and enjoyable, with delicious desserts for lunch. The surprise birthday gift and room decorations for our anniversary made our stay extra special.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they even upgraded our room to a suite. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved lounging by the large pools and having the beach right next to us. The location was also perfect, as we were able to easily explore the markets and enjoy the bars in town. The service was exceptional, with room service and other amenities available. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful sea view that added to the romantic atmosphere of our escape. Additionally, the location was ideal, situated in a convenient spot near the city center. We were able to easily explore and enjoy the local attractions. Another advantage was the friendly and professional staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We did experience a few disappointments during our stay. the customer service was lacking, with our room not being properly organized and not meeting our expectations.

We stayed at Ramada in Kusadasi for a week and had a wonderful time. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The hotel cleanliness was impeccable, both inside and outside. The breakfast had a great selection of fruits, yogurt, cereal, bread, and hot beverages. The lunch and dinner options were also fantastic. The view from our room was amazing, and the pool was very nice. The manager, Mr. Bedrettin, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff warmly welcomed us and upgraded our room for our anniversary. They decorated with flowers and balloons and gave us champagne and fruit. The hotel was clean and close to the city center and beaches. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast and dinner options were diverse. We enjoyed Turkish coffee and desserts for free on our last day. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

Arriving at this hotel was a delight. the staff was incredibly welcoming and took care of my every need. the room was spacious and luxurious with exclusive amenities such as a comfortable and sizeable bed and top-quality towels. the Spa & wellness centre provided an amazing relaxing experience. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect to enjoy the sunny days. the location provided easy access to the beach and pubs/restaurants area. the restaurant and its special diet menus exceeded my expectations.

One minor issue I encountered was the limited room service availability, and I would've appreciated a wider range of entertainment options. Nonetheless, the excellent service and overall luxurious environment made the stay memorable.

Great location close to local amenities and with stunning views from the rooms. We really enjoyed the variety of food options, especially the fresh breakfast choices, and the multiple pools and sunbeds provided ample space for relaxation.

The gym could use some updating and more equipment, especially for guests who value fitness during their stay. It was also disappointing to find limited options for authentic local cuisine and a lack of ice cream for sale on the premises.
