The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent service. They even helped us arrange taxis and other services, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, where we indulged in relaxing massages and enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

My partner and I recently had a romantic escape and enjoyed the hotel's convenient location near the bridge leading to the Asian side. The hotel also offered a great value for money without compromising on cleanliness. We appreciated the quality of the bedding and soft towels in the room, which made our stay more comfortable.

We also noticed some noise disturbance from nearby restaurants in the evenings. Lastly, we had to carry our own luggage during check-out despite requesting assistance from the staff.
