The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The self-service restaurant offers a variety of tasty dishes. the rooms provide a great view of the surrounding area and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained.

The service at the restaurant could be improved, as some guests felt unwelcome and had to beg for food during buffet times.

Amazing facilities and superb services. We recently attended a wedding at this hotel and had the best experience ever. The location is excellent, and the service staff and managers are very experienced in their work. The food was exceptionally high-quality and delicious; we enjoyed every bite. The wedding arrangements were on point, and the service was fast and efficient. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a holiday in total comfort and relaxation.

We didn't have a great experience with the language barrier. The staff members had limited English, which made it difficult to communicate at times.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that made our stay luxurious and comfortable. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Spa & wellness centre were great for relaxation. The massage and facial at the Spa lounge were amazing, leaving us feeling rejuvenated. The restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus available. The private facilities were well-equipped and made us feel like VIPs.

The only minor issue was the noise from live entertainment, but it was bearable. The location was a bit hard to find, but we managed to get there.
