I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. The view of the river and the surrounding scenery was absolutely breathtaking. I especially loved the outside terrace where I enjoyed a cocktail in the early evening. The staff were very courteous and always ready to help. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for cooling off after a hot day. The restaurant had a creative menu and a great selection of local wines. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it the perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape.

The hotel lacked clear signage and was difficult to locate. the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff, especially Joana at reception, were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. The spacious rooms were well cleaned and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal. I had a great experience at Vila Gale and would recommend it to others.
