I had a fantastic experience at Raymond Hotel. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the city center, tramways, and subway. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The included breakfast offered a delicious selection of meals. We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was ideal, just a short walk away from all the museums and markets that we wanted to visit. It was also close to the transportation stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. We were delighted to find that there were many restaurants and shops around the hotel, so we never had to go far to find something to eat or buy. Moreover, the hotel was also close to the coast and major attractions, which was a bonus.

No problem to everything we asked for. the guys at the breakfast area were especially awesome, speaking multiple languages and going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Another great thing about this hotel is its key location. It was conveniently located near all the major attractions and had easy access to public transportation. Plus, they offered an affordable airport shuttle service, which was a huge bonus.

The general manager, Lale, let us make a free international call to block our credit card. Jaan, the manager, even accompanied us to the police station to help translate our complaint. This place is located in a central spot where you can easily see most of the sites by rail car or even by walk on a slightly hilly but very beautiful and quiet area. The staff, from the manager until the rest of the staff, is very helpful and accommodating to all your needs from airport transfer to housekeeping, laundry, and room services which are available 24 hours a day. The room amenities including the terrace, dressing area, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms make our stay even more comfortable. Free toiletries, electric kettle, television, and am/fm alarm clock are also provided. There is a buffet breakfast and dining restaurant, bar/lounge area where you can relax, as well as a leisure room with a sun terrace and garden area.

This venue is highly recommended for families who want to stay in a comfortable and luxurious hotel without any worries.

From the reception staff helping me activate the hes code to the helpfulness of Gulas from the restaurant, the service was excellent. the breakfast, while simple, was rich enough with a variety of options. the half-board option for dinner was a great choice, with delicious soups and different main courses each day. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and easily accessible by tram and subway.
