There was nothing I didn't like.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Richmond Nua Wellness-Spa! The spa facilities were top-notch, providing me with a truly relaxing experience. The treatments were excellent and reasonably priced. The upgraded room with a balcony was peaceful and well-maintained. The air around the hotel was fresh, creating a serene atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating getaway.

This hotel is located on the shore of Sapanca lake, offering a beautiful view. It is conveniently situated in a location where everything is nearby, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The restaurant named Toran provides a stunning view of the lake, creating a peaceful atmosphere for dining.

Some guests have noted that there were cats outside the restaurant that could be annoying while enjoying a meal with a view.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the complimentary drinks and cookies upon arrival. the location was ideal for easy access to nearby attractions and scenic views. the heated terrace offered a cozy spot to enjoy the winter weather.

The staff at the lobby restaurant were unorganized and unresponsive to our needs, leading to a long wait time for our meal. the music was excessively loud and prevented us from getting a restful night's sleep.

This hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a wide range of treatments including a relaxing massage and invigorating body scrub. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing dip after a session in the sauna. the sun terrace and garden area provided a peaceful escape, while the restaurant served a tasty continental breakfast with a variety of special diet menus available.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the service in the restaurant. Although the staff were friendly, they seemed inexperienced and struggled to communicate in English.
