Great fitness area, continuous activities, good food choices, amazing pool party, friendly staff.

Nothing not to love.

Food and drink options throughout the day were excellent. Facilities and activities offered a range of enjoyable experiences. Hotel staff, especially at reception and in dining areas, were friendly and helpful. Family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of entertainment options for kids. Fitness area situated conveniently between beach and pools.

The resort offers a variety of aqua activities clubs and water sports for those who want to be in direct touch with nature.

Our stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were pampered with exclusive amenities and luxurious needs that were fulfilled. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a wide range of massages and treatments that left us feeling revitalized and renewed. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna facilities. The outdoor swimming pool was immense and boasted exquisite sun loungers in the garden area, with beachfront access and private facilities to relish the beauty of the venue.

We found the location somewhat busy and crowded with large groups of people. However, the hotel offered a tranquil environment with a vast array of entertainment activities, including a night club, live shows, karaoke, and aqua park.

The fitness area was in a great location, right between the beach and pools. There were continuous activities and entertainment throughout the day. The kids' evening entertainment was almost perfect, with entertaining parrots and athletics. The aquapark had interesting rides. The pool party was amazing with a great DJ and drink selection.

During my stay at this hotel, I had a great time near the piano bar, enjoying the lively atmosphere and friendly bartender. The location of the hotel, nestled near the mountains and close to the sea, provided breathtaking views from my room. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a luxurious bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The facilities, including the aqua park and beach area, were fantastic additions to the overall experience.

The language barrier with predominantly Russian guests made me feel a bit out of place at times.

The hotel had a lot of activities to do during the day, which kept us entertained. The beach was decently clean and it was nice to see the fish while swimming. , the hotel was located in a green area, so it was peaceful and relaxing to get some sun under the trees.

The hotel needs a renovation badly, as the furniture and rooms were old and looked dirty. The food in the open buffet restaurant was quite noisy and you don't feel like you are dining at a 5-star hotel.
