The reception staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, ensuring our transfer pick-up was rescheduled without any hassle. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large and much-needed bed after a tiring day of travel. The 24-hour bar and restaurant room-service made our short stay even more enjoyable, with a great selection of food and drinks delivered promptly to our room. The convenience of being able to shower, rest, and have a satisfying meal during our layover far surpassed any airport lounges. We enjoyed our experience so much that we have already booked to stay at Rox Hotel on our way back. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay during a layover.

Staying here was an enjoyable experience! The location was great, as it was on a bustling main road, making it easy to get around. The staff was incredibly accommodating with their room service, dry cleaning, and laundry services, all of which made settling in very comfortable. In addition, there were great amenities in the rooms, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and soundproofed walls. While staying here, I was also able to explore the garden area and sauna. I'd also like to mention the friendly staff during the second shift.

They offer a shuttle service to the airport, which is really convenient. , they have complementary breakfast boxes if you need to leave early in the morning. The rooms are comfortable and modern, and despite being close to a busy road, the noise level is minimal. the hotel is well located if you want to visit the city, as it is nearby several tourist attractions and public transportation.

I had some issues with the reservation. The bed in my room was uncomfortable and too narrow, resulting in a bad night's sleep.
