Great breakfast selection and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when my father forgot his coat and they quickly located it for him. The location was convenient, close to the town center and easy access to hot air balloon trips.

The beds were uncomfortable and too firm for our liking, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. The lack of ventilation in the toilets due to the absence of an exhaust fan was also a drawback.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Goreme. The rooms, with their Ottoman-style decor, are spacious and immaculately clean, offering a cool retreat from the summer heat. The beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep before exploring the breathtaking views of the balloons from the hotel. The staff is welcoming and friendly, always going the extra mile to provide excellent service. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a variety of European dishes and a delightful surprise of complimentary fresh fruit.

The room was quite spacious and the breakfast was satisfactory. the hotel is situated very close to the city center and it takes only a few minutes to get there. the staff is friendly and they assist you with arranging tours.

There wasn't enough sound insulation in the room which made it quite hard to sleep at night. there wasn't any dinner served in the hotel, which forced us to search for restaurants in the city center every night.
