They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even offering complimentary juices and snacks upon arrival.

The room I stayed in, despite being advertised as having a balcony, didn't receive any sunlight as it was on the lobby level with closed walls. I would suggest avoiding the junior suite rooms if you're looking for some natural light.
