For the price we paid, we got an amazing value. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better - just a short stroll away from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The staff at Santa Ottoman Hotel were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.

The location was excellent, close to Taksim Square, with a lively atmosphere and plenty of restaurants and Turkish delights nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Mr. Mohamed at reception. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was abundant and varied, although the orange juice could have been better.

The Santa Ottoman Hotel is located in a convenient area, just a couple of minutes walk from the bustling Istiklal Street. The rooms are clean and in good condition, with adequately large beds and working gadgets. The staff are outstanding and provide excellent service, making sure that all guests are well taken care of. The helpfulness of Magda and the cook also added to our positive experience. Our entire family enjoyed our time here.

Had a wonderful experience during my new year stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They offered a free mini bar in the room and even prepared a small breakfast package for my early morning departure. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms were beautifully decorated and exactly like the pictures and website. The transfer from the airport was smooth and reasonably priced.

The street noise can be a bit bothersome, even with closed windows. There is a bar nearby that plays loud music until late at night.
