I recently stayed at the lovely Sport Village Hotel & Spa in Castel di Sangro for a few days of skiing. The hotel was clean, modern, and stylish, especially the deluxe rooms, spa. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a great ski shuttle service. As a family with kids, we were thrilled with the child-friendly atmosphere and the excellent kids club run by friendly staff. The hotel also went above and beyond by offering transportation for my mother who couldn't walk easily. Additionally, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom and facilities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient with parking and plenty of nearby restaurants. The spa was a lovely retreat after a long day on the slopes, offering relaxation and well-equipped facilities. a great hotel at an affordable price.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on the outskirts of the village was perfect, giving us a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from room service to housekeeping. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and check-out was a breeze. The hotel had a lovely spa where we enjoyed some much-needed relaxation after a long day of activities. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the luxurious feel of this place.

Great Hotel! Fabulous Staff!

During our romantic escape, we were amazed by the breathtaking mountain views offered by the hotel. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna in the spa which were very relaxing. the hotel provided free shuttle service to most of the nearby locations which was a great advantage.

The hotel did not offer basic amenities such as toothpaste and brushed which caused some inconvenience. the customer service was below average and staff was not very helpful or friendly towards us, especially when we had questions or needed assistance.
