Excellent breakfast and dinner choices. Freshly made eggs and omelettes. Friendly and attentive wait staff. Great variety of food for meat eaters and vegetarians. Stylishly designed room with stunning sea view. Very friendly and accommodating reception staff. Amazing sunsets.

I had a wonderful stay at Riviera Zen Hotel. the breakfast and dinner options were excellent, with a great variety of freshly made dishes. the wait staff were attentive and friendly, making every meal a pleasant experience. the hotel itself was impressive, with stylishly designed rooms and million dollar sea views from the top floor suite. the room service was efficient and the complimentary drinking water was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect, close to Cleopatra beach and the center of town. I highly recommend Riviera Zen Hotel for a fantastic holiday experience.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. One of the things I loved about this place is its location on the main touristic street. It was so convenient to be right in the heart of all the action. The staff here provided exceptional service, from the friendly receptionist who spoke multiple languages to the attentive wait staff at breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had great amenities, including a swimming pool and spa & wellness center. I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations - the staff were welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the city center with all its attractions. I enjoyed the view of the sea while watching the sunsets from the balcony.

There were some issues to point out: the noise levels were quite high in the evenings, with loud music continuing past 10 pm. the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as noise from neighboring rooms also affected the quality of my rest.

We were pleasantly surprised with new surprises in our room every day as it was our honeymoon. The location of the hotel is great, close to the sea and in a nice area. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and food options were delicious. we had a great experience at Riviera Zen Hotel and would recommend it.
