I recently stayed at Sera Lake Resort Hotel Spa & Aparts for a peaceful getaway. The location is strategically positioned, offering breathtaking views of Sera Lake and the surrounding green landscape. The rooms are well-furnished and the Junior Suite I stayed in had a jacuzzi and a terrace with unbeatable views. The staff, especially Behzad and Tarik, were extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant served delicious meals with a stunning lake view, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The spa facility was great, providing privacy and a relaxing experience. a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, delicious food, and a serene atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel high up in the mountains. The location was breathtaking and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. The service was top-notch, with room service and car hire available. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping was excellent. The room amenities were top-quality, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The dining experience was exceptional with in-room breakfast, special diet menus, and top-quality food. The leisure spa & wellness centre was amazing with a sauna, jacuzzi, and full body massage available. The spa centre was well-maintained, and the treatment rooms were spotless.

The hotel's location is good for those who want to be close to the lake and away from the city's hustle and bustle. However, it's far from downtown, and taxi rides can be costly. The hotel has a shuttle that could be used for easy access to the lake. The hotel is also close to the airport.

The hotel's management lacks hospitality skills and the hotel is old and needs remodeling.

The view and quietness of the hotel were absolutely serene. The staff provided exceptional service, making my stay truly enjoyable. The room size and cleanliness exceeded my expectations compared to other hotels. I was pleased to find that baby cribs were available and there were English TV channels. the hotel provided a wonderful experience with its beautiful location and friendly staff.

The triple room with Trabzon City, Sera Lake, Derecik Valley, and Mountain view is absolutely stunning. The modern decor and chic furniture create a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The breathtaking view from the balcony is just breathtaking. As a nature lover, this room made me feel like I was in paradise.

The bathroom's high-humidity and low-temperature principle might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Couldn't stay longer.

Over thanksgiving weekend, I stayed at a hotel by the lake and enjoyed two complementary refreshments upon arrival. The location was convenient, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. the room had a stunning view of the lake which was the highlight of the stay.

The room was not well cleaned and had an unpleasant odor throughout the entire stay. The staff was also unhelpful, especially when I had trouble with the wifi connection.
