I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Sera Nature Hotel & Spa. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Mr. Waheed in the day shift, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and provided helpful advice for exploring the area. The location, close to Sera Lake, offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere away from the city crowd. Additionally, the complimentary parking was a great convenience. The hotel also had good amenities, including a restaurant terrace with delicious food. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located outside the city, but with a car, it was easy to get around. the room was very comfortable, with new furniture and amenities included. the breakfast was the best part of the stay with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful.

The view from the room was not desirable, with a busy road and unattractive buildings nearby. the lighting in the room was poor and some lamps were broken, creating a dark and unwelcoming atmosphere.

The staff members were professional and kind, especially Mr. Wahid who provided valuable assistance. The restaurant staff were also friendly. The room had new furniture. I enjoyed my stay, thanks to the great staff, especially Mr. Waheed and Mr. Ali who were helpful and made me feel at home. I received a wake-up call and extra blankets.

The hotel is conveniently located near Sera Gul lake and a hospital. The rooms are small but well-furnished and clean. The staff members are professional and kind, providing outstanding service. The complementary breakfast, though basic, is now offered as a buffet. There is free parking available at the hotel. The room amenities are good, and tea making facilities are provided. The internet WIFI is fine.

The room cleaning should be better, especially for the bedsheets and the ground.

The staff members, especially the gentleman with white hair in the restaurant and the tall receptionist who never seems to sleep, truly stood out and made my stay special. The hotel itself is brand new and equipped with top-notch facilities. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-decorated, making me feel like I was the first guest to ever stay in them. The beautiful surroundings of nature added an extra touch of serenity to the experience.
