My stay at Grand Cititel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even accommodated my early check-in and late check-out. The location was ideal, with the lake and markets just a short walk away. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the wifi was reliable for work purposes. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Convenient location, helpful staff, fast wifi, strong A/C, good breakfast, comfy room.

The breakfast spread was varied and catered to both Western and local tastes, with fresh fruits and juices. the location is ideal, as it's within walking distance of the local markets, cafes, and restaurants. the room amenities were tech-savvy, such as the smart TV with varied channels in English.

The TV channels were problematic, as we couldn't find a channel that suited our interests. the WiFi signal was weak, which proved to be a struggle for our business-related activities.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Cititel and was impressed by its excellent location. It was within walking distance to attractions like the train street and night market, which made exploring the city so convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast with its wide variety of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and even asked for feedback to improve their services.
