We had a fantastic stay at Serai! the staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. They even provided a cot for our little girl. the location was perfect, with the Grand Bazaar and other tourist attractions within walking distance. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby that were much cheaper than the main street. the room was clean and had new furniture, and the breakfast was delicious.

Great view and helpful staff. The room had a lovely view and the staff went above and beyond to help me find a taxi, even in the rain. They were also always available and made sure I was well taken care of.

I stayed at this hotel twice and it was worth every penny. The room had a lovely view and the staff, especially Gizem, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was great, close to transportation and shopping, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast delights were a bit limited, but everything else made up for it.

We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade we received at Serai Hotel after a long day of travel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine in hand. The staff provided excellent service, helping us with taxis and providing useful advice for getting around the city. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to all the main areas. we highly recommend Serai Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Istanbul.

Clean, modern hotel with helpful English-speaking staff and great location near transportation, shops, and attractions. Daily room cleaning and spacious, well-designed rooms. Lovely balcony with sea view on top floor.
