The service provided, such as helping with car rental and organizing hot air balloon rides, is exceptional.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the spacious room and the incredibly comfortable bed. It made my holiday even more enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated near the bus terminal, restaurants, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. Everything I needed was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for me to explore the area. And the icing on the cake was the rooftop terrace, which offered a perfect spot to witness the magical sight of hot air balloons floating in the sky.

Although my experience at this hotel was fantastic, there were a couple of downsides that I should mention. the lack of air conditioning in the room made it a bit uncomfortable during the summer months.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and very near to shops. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely terrace to enjoy the view. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great location, 2 mins walk from main street. Nice terrace with hot air balloon view. Staff very helpful. Made a mistake with reservation, but they found us another room nearby. Nice hot shower, best in Cappadocia. Highly recommend for comfortable, friendly stay.
