The staff at the bar and restaurant can be rude and prioritize certain guests over others, resulting in long waiting times and frustration.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful interiors and spacious rooms. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and the variety of options available. the hotel's location was convenient, close to both the beach and local shopping areas. One of the best aspects of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome and at home.

One of the worst things was the lack of service from some of the staff members. We found that some of them were indifferent and uninterested, especially towards guests who didn't speak the local language.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were superb. We had access to an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, and a spa centre where we experienced full body massages and facial treatments.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant. While the food was diverse and tasted great, the service was sometimes slow and we had to wait longer than expected to be seated at peak hours.
