The crew, especially Mr. Salguk, were extremely helpful and provided great recommendations for plans and trips. The hotel's location was very convenient, close to the most attractive places in Istanbul. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with the manager and his team being particularly attentive to our needs.

It is right in the centre of the old city, making it easy to explore. The hotel is also near the tram station, allowing for easy transportation to other parts of the city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the view from our window. It was also conveniently located close to popular attractions and supermarkets.

The bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't cool the room well. the breakfast had a wide range of options, but the quality was not impressive.
