my stay at sofitel was fantastic! the check-in staff welcomed us warmly with drinks. the luxury twin room was spacious and the beds, so comfy! the location is perfect, just steps away from food and shops. i loved the generous amenities in the bathroom and enjoyed some relaxing time at the spa. the breakfast buffet had so many delicious choices to start the day right.

just a bit of noise at night, but it didn't ruin the fun. can recommend.

Our little one loved the brekkie plate of avos every day, thanks to Setareh! Rooms were clean and comfy, and the location's just perfect for chilling in Taksim. Quick shoutout to the staff for being super welcoming and helpful, we felt right at home!

I faced several issues during my stay, which left me disappointed. The room I was assigned had a malfunctioning cistern that continuously leaked water, and the TV froze frequently. Additionally, the air conditioning controls were frustratingly finicky, making it difficult to regulate the room’s temperature comfortably. Overall, the hotel’s maintenance seems to need significant improvements to meet expected standards.

We had a grand stay! The breakfast was a spread of delights, especially the egg dishes. Our family felt right at home thanks to the lovely staff, particularly Setareh, who treated us like family. Just a wee bit of noise at night, but it didn’t spoil the fun.

the staff were anazing, especially ahmet and burak, who made our stay special. our room cleanliness could use some improvement.

Fantastic location, right at the start of the shopping street and close to the Taksim underground. The staff, especially Kaan at reception, Ramazan, and the chef Tîn Tin, were incredibly kind and helpful. The panoramic view of the Bosporus from our room was breathtaking!
