We stayed at a new and comfortable hotel in the heart of Taksim Square. It was just a short walk away from popular attractions and shopping streets filled with local restaurants. The hotel had a great spa with a spacious swimming pool area and saunas. The room and bathroom design were modern and sophisticated, and we loved the luxury Hermes creams and shampoos provided. The staff team was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special mention goes to the guest relations manager, Ezgi Gunel, who went out of his way to find and ship my daughter's missing toy back to us in Russia. He even took adorable pictures of the toy enjoying various hotel amenities. It was the best service we've ever experienced!

This hotel is in a prime location, with access to all the shops and restaurants in the bustling Taksim square area. Everything is within walking distance and the views from some rooms are lovely. The rooms are spacious and come with good amenities. Guest check-in is efficient and staff at the reception are very helpful.

Some areas of the hotel are not up to par, specifically cleanliness in certain rooms and bathrooms.

The guest relations manager at Sofitel went above and beyond to help find and ship my daughter's lost toy. The spa amenities and modern room design were also big pluses. The location is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is simply amazing! From the great location to the wonderful staff, everything was perfect. The rooms with Bosphorus view were fantastic, with the view being the best part of the stay. The attention to detail was really appreciated, with the staff passing by every night with chamomile tea and some chocolate. Breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from.

All was okay, no complaints whatsoever.

We had an incredible stay at this place. The location is perfect as it is close to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and always available, ensuring that our room was always equipped with water. The facilities were amazing, especially the swimming pool and spa centre. We also appreciated the electric kettle and flat-screen TV in the room. we highly recommend this venue to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The lobby and entrance were clean, and the staff was welcoming. The rooms were clean and I had a fantastic upgrade to a suite with a beautiful bathroom and great furniture.

Excellent staff, gave us room upgrade and helped with restaurant reservations. Spa staff Nova and Suari provided outstanding service. Room facilities were great and staff provided plenty of bottled water. Great central location.

Very fast check-in, excellent staff in reception and restaurant. High-level room amenities. Fast wi-fi, brilliant sound system in the bathroom. Comfortable bed, perfect location. As a business traveler, I appreciated all these facilities and services.

The hotel had a great location near many attractions and a convenient taxi service. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing complimentary hygiene sets and cleaning the room daily. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice aroma in the lobby. We also enjoyed the amazing views from the terrace and one complementary fact that made our stay extra special.

We were disappointed by some aspects of our stay. The bed was uncomfortable and one of the advertised views was not up to our expectations.

Nothing that I didn't like.

My stay at this hotel was luxurious and comfortable. The exclusive amenities in the room were impressive, including Hermes creams and shampoos. The spa and wellness center with its indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services was a highlight of my stay. The staff provided excellent service and were accommodating to my needs and requests.

Some guests had to wait for a long time for their food to arrive and there were not enough staff members to attend to everyone in a timely manner. Nonetheless, this was a minor issue in an otherwise wonderful stay.
