Perfect location for work and airport convenience. Clean, well, maintained hotel with friendly staff. Upgraded to a nicer room for a longer stay, which was a pleasant surprise. Friendly and welcoming staff, delicious and well, stocked breakfast, comfortable room, and easy check. A great feeling to return to after long days.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to the concert venue we were attending and in a nice area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The bathroom was also very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the great view from our room.

We did notice, unfortunately, that the elevators were not as clean as they could have been.

We appreciated the convenient location of this hotel to the N&NW suburbs and nearby shops. The fitness center was impressive and the staff were always helpful and accommodating, especially the housekeeping team who kept our room immaculate. We also found the shuttle service, both free and paid airport shuttle, to be a great value.

Although the breakfast wasn't perfect, it was still decent with a good variety of options. We especially enjoyed the keurig in our room and the other room amenities such as the refrigerator and microwave.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, I was impressed by the comfortable and clean rooms. The small microwave and fridge were convenient additions, and the TV had excellent picture quality. I also appreciated the two pillows per side of the bed. The front desk clerks were cordial and polite, making us feel welcome. The free breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast host ensured that everything was well-stocked and the area was kept clean.

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Prospect Heights, I had a great overall experience. The hotel provided convenient access to the N&NW suburbs and exceeded my expectations with its accommodations. Despite being reasonably priced, the rooms were as comfortable and well-equipped as those in more expensive hotels. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a highlight - it continued until 10:30 AM, allowing me to enjoy a leisurely morning. Free parking was also a bonus.

Excellent value hotel with clean rooms and a bar that serves food. Great price for a family room and includes breakfast and shuttle to the airport. The manager was accommodating and resolved an issue with the shuttle service after some initial arguing.
