As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing staff, who were kind and friendly. The location in the Old Town was perfect and just a short walk to Bascarsija. The breakfast options were fantastic, with delicious Weiner and Bosnian breakfast choices. The staff even went the extra mile to surprise my wife with a lovely birthday surprise. Armeen even dropped us off at the airport, showing exceptional service. We can't wait to visit again!

This hotel offered two great complementary features that made our stay enjoyable: free Wi-Fi and a small lift that made it easy to carry our luggage to our room. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We loved being able to walk to all the local shops and restaurants. the rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable.

This seems to be a problem throughout the city, but it made our stay less enjoyable. we experienced some issues with the laundry service, including a lack of transparency on pricing and the final cost being much higher than expected.
