The location was fantastic, with everything we needed within a short walking distance. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient, especially since we had young kids with us. We loved being able to grab breakfast in the coffee shop downstairs every morning before heading out for the day. The view from our room was also amazing, giving us a glimpse of the bustling city below.

The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired. We had to request a clean when we arrived, and throughout our stay, the cleaning was lacking.

The location of Stay Lab Residence And Hotel was fantastic, being very central and just a street away from Istikhaal street. The views of the Bosphorus were also pretty. The contact person, Vera, was responsive to our needs most of the time, except when there was loud music coming from the closed coffee shop downstairs and we had to personally request that they lower the volume at 1:00 am. Late checkout was provided and appreciated. The coffee shop downstairs, Espresso Lab, was also a nice addition to the hotel experience.

Convenient location, modern apartments with all necessary appliances, stunning view, friendly host, clean rooms and daily service.

The location of the hotel was great! Everything was in walking distance including great restaurants and shops. The coffee shop nearby was also a plus with great coffee and snacks. The beds were comfortable and we had 2 bathrooms which was convenient. The views were also amazing!

We had to ask for a clean when we arrived and found the apartment dirty, with hair and dust in the draws. During our stay, they only made the bed and emptied the bin.

Excellent location, good size apartment. Very comfortable, cleaned daily and fridge restocked daily. Reasonable price. Great shower products, fresh towels every day, and great view of the sunset.

Staying here was an exceptional experience! The location was perfect, very central and a few steps away from the main street. We enjoyed our in-room breakfast with high-quality food and exclusive amenities. The private facilities were a highlight, and the room was very clean, spacious, and had a charming view. The impeccable service provided by the staff was flawless, always responsive to our needs.

One minor issue we noticed during our stay was a lack of privacy due to the curtains and glass dividing the rooms. Otherwise, it was an amazing venue with luxurious facilities that fulfilled all our needs.
