Bathroom shower pressure was weak.

I felt like I had stepped into a charming home away from home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Chris and Shirley were incredibly welcoming, and the warm room with a comfy bed made for a delightful stay. Although the small shower and lack of a cooked breakfast were minor inconveniences, the overall experience was cozy and secure. The proximity to Kew Gardens was a definite plus.

The location of this property was great--a short walk from the Kew Garden Station, in a quiet neighborhood. Richmond nearby has a nice restaurant scene and it's easy enough to get to the bigger sites around London using public transit. the host, Chris, was friendly. the bed was quite comfortable. Classic British B&B with a homey feel. the shared bathroom was fine for a short stay. the area offered relaxation spots like Kew Palace and the Musical Museum, enhancing our family bonding experience.

Loved the old, dirty rooms. Rude host, dirty doors and taps, moldy coffee, dusty skirting boards.

Stayed for three nights and visited the Kew Archives and Gardens. the guest rooms were close to everything. Room had a sink, TV, and ample storage. Separate clean washroom and shower room. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful hosts, always available but not intrusive.

We loved the special touches, like offering spreads from different countries. Despite it being during the peak of summer, the room was comfortable with a fan to keep us cool. It felt like a home away from home. the location, just a ten-minute walk from the station, was beautiful. we had a great experience here.

The staff was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home.

The breakfast could be improved with the addition of a covered wastebin or caddy to dispose of outside food, so that guests can enjoy their own meals without bringing food into the rooms.
