As trekkers and a group of friends, we appreciated the friendly staff and the manager at the reception. The hotel is located in the bustling Taksim region, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, although a bit worn, were clean and comfortable, with a good shower. The hotel had separate armchairs that easily transformed into comfortable beds for our kids, while we had a spacious sleeping room. The tram, just down the street, provided easy access to the main sightseeing places, such as the Cisterna. We enjoyed the nice sky view from the Litera Restaurant on our way to Taksim Square, which was only a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast, while not extravagant, offered cheese, ham, sausages. The receptionists were incredibly helpful, even assisting us in arranging a taxi to the airport when there was an accident on the road.

During my recent stay at Orka Taksim Suites & Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and helpful service provided by the staff. They graciously took all our luggage up to the reception level and even helped us with the lifts. The room itself was nicely sized and clean, with comfortable beds and a big balcony to relax on. The bathroom was modern and spacious, with a great shower and toilet facilities. I also appreciated the big safe provided in the room and the decent wifi connectivity.

Despite some minor issues, such as the lack of pan in the kitchenette and limited breakfast space, overall I was impressed with my experience at Orka Taksim Suites & Hotel. The attentive staff, comfortable room, and great location made for a pleasant stay.

Staying here was an amazing experience! The location is perfect, with lots of great cafes and bars around. Despite the busy area, the room I stayed in was set back and quite silent. The hospitality and kindness of the staff made me feel welcome. I loved the retro decor in the breakfast area and the high quality breakfast they offered. I was impressed by the range of services they provide, including airport shuttle, valet parking, and car hire. The room amenities made me feel at home, including the mini-bar and the in-room safe. The great selection of TV channels was a plus!

Spent Thanksgiving at a hotel in Istanbul and loved it! the free breakfast was so delicious with lots of options - I especially loved the fluffy pancakes and fresh fruit. the location was amazing, close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We also got complimentary drinks at the hotel bar, which was a nice touch.

Only downside was the noise from outside at night, made it a little hard to fall asleep. the shower wasn't the best - water pressure was a bit weak.
