Helpful and friendly staff. Great ski facilities right on the doorstep. New and well-maintained hotel. Clean, quiet rooms. Efficient and attentive restaurant staff. Wide selection of food and drinks during meals. Spa, gym, pool, steam room, and sauna are great facilities. Professional masseurs. Convenient ski in and out. Near the airport. Large, well-decorated rooms. Easy access to the city center.

The hotel provided a delicious breakfast and a wide selection of food. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main tourist attractions. the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is simply luxurious! We enjoyed exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool, steam room and full body massages. the spa centre offers beauty treatments and a sauna. There is a leisure/TV room, a snack bar and special diet menus. the location is very convenient, only 20 minutes from the airport.

We had some difficulty with the private facilities. the manicure was not up to our expectations.

During my recent stay at Sway Hotels, I had an incredible experience on the ski slopes of Mt. Palandoken. The convenience of being able to ski directly to the hotel at the end of the day was unbeatable. The hotel itself was top-notch, with exceptional customer service, comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, the beautiful scenery and superb ski slopes more than made up for it. I highly recommend Sway Hotels for a memorable winter getaway.
