We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early without any issues. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh eggs and made-to-order omelettes. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful pool and a fun kids play area. The resort's location near the lake made for a picturesque setting, and we enjoyed spotting the various birds that inhabit the property gardens.

I had a wonderful stay at Haile Resort Ziway Batu. The check-in process was smooth and I was able to get into my room early without any hassle. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the made-to-order omelettes and delicious coffee. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, filled with vibrant gardens and an abundance of birds. It was a treat to see fish eagles and colorful yellow and blue birds throughout my stay. The pool was clean and well-presented, although a few more comfortable lounge chairs would have been appreciated. I also appreciated the provision of pool towels. The boating trip was a highlight, and my daughter had a great time exploring the maze and playing in the kids' area. The WiFi connection was fast and reliable, which was a bonus.
