I had the most amazing stay at a hotel in a great location with excellent service. The hotel had a stunning view of the coast from my room and the modern decor and new furniture made me feel right at home. The conference rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. I loved that there was free wireless internet in the lounge and cable internet in the room. The breakfast spread was delicious and I enjoyed eating outside with a lovely view of the garden. Plus, all the restaurants were within walking distance. The prompt service and great hospitality made my overall experience excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the limited Wi-Fi coverage in the room and the slight distance from certain amenities, my overall experience at Swissotel Buyuk Efes Izmir was exceptional. I had an excellent stay at a hotel in a very convenient location. The rooms were quite nice and comfortable, especially the bed. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very impressive. The gym had a variety of equipment and the spa and sauna were well organized. The staff was very kind and always went out of their way to keep me satisfied. The breakfast had an impressive selection with many choices. The green garden with its trees was very relaxing to walk around in.

The shuttle service was not up to par. the shuttle was late for pickup and the driver was not friendly.

They were always polite and willing to assist with any queries or requests we had.

One of the downsides of our stay was the expensive in-house restaurants. We found that there were cheaper dining alternatives nearby, so we chose to eat out instead.

The restaurant under the pool served delicious food and had great service. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was very close to downtown, right in the center of the city and just in front of the port. Additionally, the staff were outstanding - so helpful and friendly.
