We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, in a lovely suburb of Madrid with easy access to the motorway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We truly felt like we were in a five-star hotel. The amenities were top-notch, with a free minibar and a beautiful bathroom. We also appreciated the welcome drink and the option to have breakfast in the room. The hotel had excellent services, including laundry and room service. We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a high-quality stay.

The location of this hotel is super convenient for travelling to and from the ferry. The internet connection is mind-blowingly good, perfect for staying connected. The room is comfortable and spacious, with a fridge that actually had complimentary water and a soft drink. The staff are really helpful and friendly, making you feel welcomed. Parking is easy to find, no stress there. And, once you manage to decide and order your food, the restaurant serves up some seriously delicious dishes. a very satisfying stay.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, the free drink offered upon check-in was a nice touch. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. Its location near the train stations provided easy access to the surrounding areas for sightseeing and shopping.

I was disappointed to discover that there were limited English speaking channels available on the television, making it difficult to relax in the room. The breakfast options were limited, and some of the food items were not fresh.
