The indoor swimming pool was closed for renovations during my stay.

Our room at Taksim Gonen was wonderfully clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, even going above and beyond our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to come back to a perfectly clean room after being out for the day. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of Istanbul's lively nightlife and with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. Despite some noise from the surrounding area, we felt safe and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and friendly staff.

Great terrace and view from the room, convenient nearby parking lot. Helpful staff and spacious, clean room. Easy transportation options with a bus to the airport. Good breakfast choices, although served in a windowless room. Nice views from the 9th floor and a bonus pool area.

The hotel offered a complimentary fruit basket upon arrival which was a nice touch. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the lively main street. Plus, the breakfast had a great selection of food to choose from.

My experience at this hotel during Christmas was less than ideal. the room we were given was not very clean and there were issues with the bathroom.
