My stay was marred by loud music from nearby bars, making it impossible to sleep with the windows open. The room I booked wasn't cleaned on two consecutive days, which prompted a complaint. they addressed it with fresh towels but no real solution. Additionally, navigating the narrow streets to order taxis was frustrating, adding to the stress of the stay.

A perfect spot in the lively heart of the city! The rooms were modern and clean. The hotel had a nice mix of local vibes. A special shoutout to the thoughtful hotel manager who surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife—it truly made our stay extra special!

Navigating the congested streets to find a taxi is frustrating!!! The loud noise from nearby bars makes it impossible to sleep with windows open!!! Some basic cleaning attention is needed, as our room wasn't serviced two days in a row!!!

Decent Stay with Friendly Staff

We had a pleasant experience, thanks to the helpful staff like Mrs Bürşa and Mr Sezin. However, the sound insulation was poor, and the AC didn't work properly. Make sure to mention any issues right away! The location was fantastic for exploring the nearby Istiklal street.

This place suits me perfectly! The amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning make my stay easy. On my first visit, the staff even helped me find a lost jewel! I highly recommend this hotel for any traveler. I'll be back for a business trip.
