The value for money at Taxim Suites Residences was excellent, with clean and well-serviced rooms. The location, near Taksim square and the metro station, was convenient and the staff, particularly Mr. Burak and Ms. Melek, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been better if it was served in-house rather than at a separate restaurant.

I had an excellent stay at this place! The location was perfect for me as it was near all the main attractions and also very close to the bus station, providing easy access to taxis. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help me with recommendations for places to visit. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed such as an iron and a comfortable sitting area. I also appreciated the 24/7 room service and airport shuttle service.

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent-literally 2 mins walk to istakal street and taxim sq, 5 mins to the dombalache palace and 10 mins drive to ortakoy, bosphorous area. The hotel is also very close to Taxim Square and the convention center, with lots of restaurants in close proximity. Despite being on a main road, we didn't have any excess noise in our bedroom, as it was divided from the rest of the apartment. The staff is extremely helpful, hardworking, and pleasant. They speak English well and are extremely attentive, willing to go out of their way to be helpful. The amenities provided are great, and we particularly appreciated the kitchen facilities which allowed us to easily cook for ourselves and our young kids.

We had a minor issue with a branded makeup set being damaged. However, the overall positive experience and excellent service far outweighed this small mishap.

Great location near cafes and shops. Cozy and stylish suites with plenty of room to work and relax. Attentive staff, free and fast wifi, and daily breakfast delivered to the room were nice touches.

Some street noise, especially at night. No room service or pool might be a downside for some.
