I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a prime location in Istanbul. This place is located in the best area in Taksim, in the Beyoglu district. The hotel offered a variety of services such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. I was impressed with the comfortable and well-equipped rooms, which had amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I particularly want to mention Miss Fatoş, who always had a smile on her face and was ready to assist with any request.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is excellent, and there are plenty of transportation options available to explore the city.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and it was amazing! the complimentary hot chocolate and mince pies were the perfect touch to make us feel festive. the location was great, close to many restaurants and shops. We also had a stunning view of the city from our balcony. Another advantage was the helpful staff who assisted us with everything we needed, including arranging our airport transfer.

The breakfast could have offered more variety, and some items were not fresh. the rooms were also a bit small and not soundproof, so we could hear noise from both the street and the hallway.

Additionally, it is near popular tourist sites and attractions, allowing for easy access to all the must-see spots in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and a modern style. Some rooms even offer stunning views of Istanbul. The staff is helpful and kind, always willing to assist with any requests or issues. The breakfast has improved recently, with more variety and options available.

Some minor maintenance issues were reported by guests, such as loose knobs and scratches on furniture. However, these did not significantly impact the overall experience.
