For my Christmas stay, I loved the cozy atmosphere and the delicious food offered at the hotel. The staff was also very welcoming and nice, making me feel comfortable during my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. This made it convenient for me to explore and enjoy my holiday.

There were a few aspects that I didn't enjoy about my stay. the room had a strange smell, similar to a cleaning chemical used by housekeeping.

During my recent stay at the Grand Mira, I was impressed by the comfortable and clean room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even providing a baby bed for our little one. The hotel's park garage was also a convenient feature. The individually packed breakfast plates were a welcome change, eliminating the need to wait in line for food. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great accommodation option in this part of the city.

While the Grand Mira offered many positives, there were a few drawbacks. the hotel was quite far from the city center, which meant longer travel times to popular attractions.

Free extra room for first night due to lack of bed, kind receptionists with limited English, good breakfast with cold and hot food options, plenty of free bottled water, close to shops and restaurants.

Convenient location next to Marmaray station, providing easy access to European side in 30 minutes. Delicious breakfast, friendly and knowledgeable receptionist fluent in English. Will definitely return. Thanks!

Staying here was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of by the staff. The location of this place is perfect as it is very close to the railway station making travel super easy. The room was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and offered everything I needed during my stay. I especially enjoyed the room service. The staff was so gracious and attentive to every request I had. Additionally, the onsite car hire and airport shuttle made getting around very convenient.

The duvet provided in the room was not adequate as it was too small for the bed, and the material was unpleasant. when we ordered food, we were charged twice the price due to an outdated menu.

The hotel is conveniently located near an outlet mall, making it easy to shop for bargains during your stay. It is also situated on a bus line, providing easy access to transportation. Additionally, the hotel is close to the ferry terminal, allowing guests to easily visit The Princes' Islands.

The hotel staff did not respond to my inquiries about an overcharge on my credit card, which left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall service.

It is also fairly close to the seafront, perfect for a leisurely stroll. the ferry terminal to The Princes' Islands is easily accessible. The rooms are comfortable with good beds and pillows. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including salads, fruits, cereals, and eggs. The hotel also has a kettle for tea/coffee in the rooms.

There is no view from the window, which is disappointing for those who prefer a room with a nice view.
