Our stay at the lodge was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to Mbombela Stadium, nearby stores, eateries, and even the beautiful Kruger National Park. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. We also enjoyed the convenient facilities, such as the extra toilets on the corridor. Plus, the friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better.

One downside was that the wifi password wasn't provided at check-in, which was a bit inconvenient.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, as it is next to the restaurant and quite close to the shopping malls. Additionally, it is not far from Mbombela stadium, making it a convenient choice for sports enthusiasts. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including three beds, are kept very clean. The rooms also have a much-needed air conditioner, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel is delicious and satisfying.

Spent my Thanksgiving at a lodge in Mbombela and had a great time. the location was perfect for exploring the city center, and the parking lot was really spacious. One of the highlights was the beautiful bathroom, complete with a spa bath and a large shower. Self-catering was made easy with a modern refrigerator and a well-stocked cupboard. the balcony had a chill-out area, perfect for enjoying the warm weather. Best of all, there were lots of swimming pools to enjoy in the summer months.

While the room was unexpectedly spacious, there were a few downsides. the receptionist could have been more welcoming, but at least checking in was efficient.

Rooms are stylish with high-quality finishes. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are impressive. Some rooms may lack tea and coffee supplies and dish cloths, but these issues are easily resolved among guests. Reception area is warm and welcoming, with friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded to a comfortable 2-bedroom room. Close to eateries and easily accessible.

During my stay at Nelspruit Lodge, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the family room and the comfortable beds. It was also very convenient to have extra toilets on the corridor when the bathroom in the room was occupied. The location of the property was great, with shops within walking distance. The friendliness of the staff, especially Charmaine, made my stay even more enjoyable.
