I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very near to the tram station and Aksaray metro station. It made it so convenient to explore all the attractions in the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the street. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The elevator was out of order during my stay, which made it a bit inconvenient to go up and down the floors.

As young holiday goers, we loved the renewed and comfortable rooms, excellent wireless signal, and the hotel's close proximity to tourist attractions and the metro station. The friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager, catered to our every need. They even offered complimentary coffee or tea at any time of the day. The daily supply of free water for the mini fridge was a thoughtful touch, especially in the Istanbul heat. The hotel also gave us the opportunity to book a Dinner cruise, which enhanced our trip experience. we highly recommend Meretto for its amazing service and amenities.
