Limited amenities within the resort, such as only one ATM that was often out of service. Additionally, a later check-out time would have been appreciated, as is customary in other 4-5 star hotel chains.

The resort offers a wide range of facilities including multiple restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. The rooms are well-maintained and come with a fully functional kitchen and dining area. Families with children will appreciate the excellent kids club and the abundance of things to see and do in the surrounding area. The resort offers good value for money and is located in a beautiful beachfront location.

our recent stay in pula was amazing, but park plaza made it even better. the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the beach access was unbeatable. our kids loved the trampolining and the child day care service. we would definitely come back for another relaxing stay.

the staff was lovely and very helpful. the swimming pool was great, although there were people queuing early to secure sun beds. the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities. the pool area and bar were excellent, with brilliant waiting staff. the location was perfect, with beautiful views of the sea and a nice seafront. the resort offered plenty to do, and there were excellent restaurants on site. We will definitely be returning next year to explore more of the area.

The views are breathtaking and having direct access to the beach was a major plus. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure all of my needs were met. The amenities provided were also excellent, from the well-maintained swimming pool to the spa and wellness center where I could relax and unwind. The rooms were impeccable, with modern and comfortable furnishings that made me feel right at home. the quality and level of comfort at this hotel were truly impressive.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was spacious and ideal for our family of four. The location near the beach and resort facilities was perfect. The staff, especially Paola at reception and Elvir at the poolside restaurant, were fantastic.

had a fantastic time in pula. park plaza was even better than our previous stay. loved the beautiful views, great apartment, and all the amenities on site. didn't feel the need to leave the resort, everything we needed was right there. highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was convenient, not right in the center but very close to the bus stop, making it easy to explore the nearby city. The hotel itself offered stunning views, and the nearby rock beaches were absolutely amazing. Even though it wasn't right by the famous beaches, it was not a problem at all, especially if your plan is to stay near the hotel or if you have a car.

I highly recommend this hotel to friends.
