This hotel's location is great, just a stone's throw from lively shopping and dining areas, and right by the tramline and metro station. You can explore the city with ease by using public transportation. The food area downstairs is great, serving typical Turkish dishes. The room is spacious enough, and the bathroom is clean with a great shower. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of delicious options to choose from.

The staff was not very friendly and didn't seem very interested in helping guests with their needs.

The breakfast, although repetitive, was satisfactory. The hotel's modern design and strong air conditioning made our stay enjoyable, even during the hot summer weather. We loved staying at this venue. The location is perfect right in the heart of the city with access to great restaurants and historical landmarks. The service staff were amazing and catered to our every need. We loved the selection of amenities available here, including the leisure and wellness center with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The rooftop pool is stunning with incredible views of the surrounding city. The rooms were clean and well-appointed with all the comforts you could ask for including an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and soundproofed walls.
