Our stay at Rupestral House was absolutely delightful. The hotel's location at the top of the hill provided breathtaking panoramic views, especially during sunrise and sunsets. We were also pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room, complete with a well-equipped ensuite bathroom. The breakfast spread was generous and varied, offering a true feast. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising my husband with a birthday cake and decorations in our room. The level of service we received was exceptional, making our holiday extra enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, like the temperature not dropping in the room and some dust from the cave walls, we still highly recommend Rupestral House. our experience was fantastic and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. the best aspects of our stay were the beautiful view from the terrace where we could see the balloons soaring over the city in the morning and the yummy breakfast that included tasty eggs, fruits, pastries and pancakes! the location was also great, with easy walking access to many attractions. the staff were fantastic and provided us with all the help we needed, making our stay very enjoyable.

Our only concern was that our room had no proper window, and so it was quite chilly and damp. However, as soon as we requested assistance, the owner promptly turned on the heat and the room became much more comfortable.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing suggestions, maps, and reservations. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with easy access to the bus terminal and the stunning Göreme valley. Guests are treated to a delicious breakfast, and the hotel offers facilities such as free parking and a rooftop entrance.

At times, the communication with the staff can be a little tricky due to their limited English proficiency.

The staff, particularly Ozzy, go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, helping with tours, airport transfers. The Turkish breakfast, served on the rooftop with breathtaking views, is a feast like no other. The cave room offers spacious modern bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Great location under the castle with stunning views. Spacious, beautiful rooms with large bathrooms. Amazing breakfast, better than some Hilton hotels. Exceptional staff, surprised my husband with a birthday cake and decorated our room. a special and memorable experience, worth the cost.
