The hotel had a modern and clean design, with nice furnishings and a comfortable bed. The staff was welcoming and friendly, with good English skills and prompt responses to any issues. The location was ideal, right in the middle of a bustling area, making it easy to explore and visit tourist attractions. the hotel had a little bar that served pastries and sweets, which was a nice touch.

The area around the hotel could be crowded and noisy, and the walls and windows were not soundproof. Even with the windows closed, I could hear the noise from cars and people outside, which was a bit frustrating since I am a light sleeper.

The staff went above and beyond, offering recommendations and helping us with everything we needed. Excellent location near the city center, with amazing views from the terrace. Modern, clean, and comfortable rooms. Great value for money.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The staff, particularly Muhammet and another receptionist, were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very well taken care of. The hotel also had complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks in the morning, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

The rooftop terrace offered amazing views and was a perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

The room size was a bit smaller than expected, with no chairs for sitting. This made it difficult to relax in the room, especially for two people.

I had a fantastic stay at this great boutique hotel in a quiet yet convenient location near Taksim Square. As a female traveler staying alone, I felt safe walking around even late at night. the staff were wonderful, especially Sukhrob, who helped with everything and provided useful information about the city. the rooms were clean, stylish, and although small, had all the necessary amenities including a comfortable bed, a marble-clad bathroom with a hot shower, and a kettle and mini refrigerator. I loved the complimentary snacks and coffee/tea available throughout the day, and the lemon infused cold water in the lobby was a nice touch. the highlight was definitely the amazing views from the rooftop terrace.

I had booked the largest room at Trinity Hotel Taksim - Special Category with a beautiful balcony and sensational view. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Taksim. The service was wonderful, especially thanks to Rash and Mohammed. The rooftop terrace provided marvelous city views.

The room size was a bit on the small side and the walls weren't soundproof. The parking lot was limited and had non-hotel related people asking for money.
