I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. They recommended attractions and provided a map for easy navigation. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional and they had all the necessary amenities. The location was great, close to the tram station that leads to the main tourist attractions. The breakfast was diverse and tasty.

Could not be improved in any way.
