The hotel's breakfast was amazing with plenty of options to choose from and the coffee setup in the room was a nice touch. the staff was always helpful and responsive to any requests. the hotel's location was ideal with easy access to the main attractions and a range of transportation nearby.

The room furniture could use an upgrade. the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom furniture was of basic quality.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a fabulous location. It was so close to Galata tower, just a short walk away. The hotel was also conveniently located near the main street and the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with lovely showers. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing information about the historical area. The breakfast offered a typical Turkish buffet, with hot and cold options. it was a great experience.

That the hotel was situated on a narrow street, making it difficult for taxis to reach.
