Lovely welcome by John. Car parking sorted. Room 8, small but clean with tea and coffee tray. Fantastic breakfast, great service and well-cooked food. Family room is two rooms sharing a bathroom, perfect for families with teenagers. Approachable, friendly staff, beautiful view of the seafront. Close to Scarborough front and Peasholm Park. Can't wait to return next year!

This place is perfectly located right on the seafront, allowing us easy access to the beach and breathtaking views. The hotel is also conveniently close to the stop for the open top bus that takes you to the South Bay. The rooms provided all the necessary amenities, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The staff here were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

had a fantastic honeymoon trip in scarborough and catania exceeded our expectations! loved the friendly hosts, superb breakfast, and comfy room with a great shower. the sea view was breathtaking and being so close to the beach and town center was a bonus. will definitely come back!

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was fantastic, very close to the North Bay beaches and not too far away from the city centre. The room was spacious and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even surprised us with glasses and a bottle of wine for our birthdays! The room amenities were top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities, as well as cute and high-quality biscuits. The bar downstairs had great quality drinks at low prices. We were so impressed with everything that we are already planning to come back with our children and other family members. this place was amazing and we highly recommend it to everyone, especially families.

I recently stayed at Hotel Catania for a short break in Scarborough. The owners, John and Sandra, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the sea and Scarborough Castle. The breakfast was delicious and cooked fresh. The location was perfect, with the beach and city center within walking distance. The hotel also had a private off-road parking area, which was convenient. a fantastic experience and I highly recommend staying here.
