They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The rooms were excellent and met all our expectations. They were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. The hotel is conveniently located next to the metro station, making transportation around the city hassle-free. Additionally, there is a large shopping mall nearby, perfect for those looking to indulge in some retail therapy. The breakfast selection was wide and delicious, providing a great start to our day.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the metro bus and within walking distance to big malls. It was so convenient to explore the city as the metro station was nearby. the market was just a short walk away where I could find great deals, like getting items for only 50TL.

We did notice a slight issue with the smell of smoke in the hallways of the rooms. Although it wasn't unbearable, it was a minor inconvenience that could be improved upon.

We especially loved the fresh fruit and the fact that there was food available for hotel guests starting from 1 p.m. the hotel also provided snacks and chocolates, making us feel taken care of. the overall ambiance of the hotel was cool and filled with character, making our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Vespia hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.

We loved the convenient location, right next to the metrobus station and within walking distance of the Shopping Mall. As backpackers, we appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff, including the general manager Mr. Kenan and Mrs. Lamia, were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options and the snack options in the lobby were a nice touch. we had a great experience at Vespia Hotel.

The spa experience was exceptional. I indulged in a Turkish hammam and the masseurs were professional and skilled. My skin felt extremely soft and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.
