The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was extremely comfortable. The location is convenient with easy access to buses, taxis, and restaurants. The staff, especially the lady at the reception, were wonderful and cooperative.

The location was perfect since it was near busy streets with plenty of transportation options and a wide range of dining choices. the room was always kept clean with fresh towels and linens, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. they offered valet parking services that were prompt and secure.

The air conditioning did not work correctly, and the room was too cold at times. My access to the hotel's Wi-Fi was also cut off after making a complaint at the reception desk.
