We were very satisfied with our stay here. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping taking good care of us. There were also shops and commercial services nearby, making it convenient for any needs we had. We especially enjoyed the welcome drink and the helpful tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. We felt comfortable and relaxed in the well-appointed room, and the terrace provided a nice outdoor space to enjoy the view. we had a great experience.

We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and there are a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is courteous and attentive, quickly addressing any concerns. The breakfast offers a wide selection of both local and intercontinental dishes, including a complimentary plate of biscuits. The family room is spacious and the WiFi works flawlessly. Additionally, the hotel provides fruit to the rooms in the evening.

The cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement, as some areas were not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival.

The large family room had two parts. The pool was originally advertised but was closed on site. The service was nice and the Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast had a great selection, including honeycomb. The staff responded quickly to concerns.

The room was spacious and perfect for our large family, with two separate areas. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel even provided a plate of biscuits as a daily treat. The staff were friendly and attentive, quickly addressing any concerns we had. Despite not being in the downtown area, the hotel had convenient nearby shops and was close to the beach. I would highly recommend Yucesoy Liva Hotel Spa & Convention Center for a great stay in Mersin.

Great location near the beach and shops. Very good breakfast with lots of variety! the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was not very clean, especially the stained carpet. Housekeeping also needs to be more respectful of guests' belongings.
