The cleaning staff were also very accommodating. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a mosque was a convenience.

Although the room pictures were deceiving and the rooms were smaller than expected, they were still well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We loved staying at this hotel! This place is situated in an excellent location that is very convenient for exploring the city. There are plenty of trendy shops and restaurants nearby, and we even found a tram stop within a short walking distance. The staff at this venue were very courteous and provided excellent service. We especially appreciated the Ghazi receptionist who made us feel welcome. The room had all the necessary amenities including an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. The heated swimming pool and spa center were also fantastic.

The breakfast was good, and I liked that it was included in the room rate. Staff was also friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. the location was great as it was close to everything we wanted to see.

Reasonable price, breakfast included. Delicious eggs and bread. 24-hour front desk and heated pool with mosque view. Sauna, hamam, and steam room for $10, totally worth it. Great location near Grand Bazaar and shops. Friendly staff, especially Gursur and Mehmet.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early at 6 am with the assistance of the personal, especially Yunus, who even helped us navigate the HES code situation. the location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to both Aksaray Station and Venziceler Metro, making it convenient for exploring the city. For just 25€ a night, including breakfast, it was the perfect place to stay. the room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a great base for our adventures in the old town.
