We had a lovely stay in a clean, spacious room at a quirky hotel near the old town. The location was ideal, with a beautiful park and sculpture garden just across the quiet street. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of choices. It was a unique and enjoyable experience.

Some guests and staff ignored the mandatory mask rule, which made us uncomfortable.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, right in the city center and just opposite a beautiful park. The staff here are incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the speed is excellent. The food at the restaurant is absolutely amazing - I still dream about the dishes I had here. The chef even surprised me with special treats every evening.

The staff at Ararat All Suites Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had.

While the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, we would have liked to see a greater variety of cereal or porridge.

Convenient location, friendly staff, early check-in option, and helpful taxi arrangement. Spacious room with mini kitchen, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast. Wine glasses and corkscrew provided, with the option to purchase wine at the restaurant. A waiter who spoke good English was a plus.

We had a great stay and loved the spacious lounge and kitchenette. the location was central but not right in the old town. the lobby was lovely and there were plenty of nearby parking spots available. the breakfast had a nice variety of options to choose from.

That the noise level from the street could be a bit loud for light sleepers. However, the rooms on the backside of the building were very quiet.

Convenient location near city center, bus and train stations, with noise insulation. Kitchenette with all necessary utensils and tea options. Comfortable bed, spacious room, and a large bath. On-site parking available. Adjacent sculpture park adds to the overall experience.

I recently stayed at Ararat All Suites Hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff, both at the reception and in the bar/restaurant, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. They promptly fulfilled any requests I had, such as providing an electric heater and iron/ironing board. The apartment was cleaned thoroughly every day, and I found it to be spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the train/coach station and the town center. The room was clean, quiet, and equipped with a kitchenette, which was handy for making my own coffee and breakfast.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I appreciated having a kitchen corner and dining table, as well as a clean and well-maintained bathroom. the WiFi connection was also reliable, which was important for me. the highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It was a delightful spread with a wide variety of warm dishes, including pancakes, eggs, bacon, vegetables. the staff at the reception and restaurant were extremely polite and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Free parking was also available, which was convenient for us.
