The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The room service was impeccable, with the housekeeping staff doing an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy. The amenities in the room were top-notch, providing all the comforts of a luxurious hotel. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The 24-hour reception and security provided a sense of safety and convenience. I also appreciated the airport shuttle service, making my arrival and departure seamless. the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel was exceptional.

The staff were friendly and booked transportation for us to and from the airport, which was a big help. the hotel also had a great location near popular tourist attractions and public transportation.

The breakfast schedule did not work for our plans as it started later than we wanted. the staff was not very accommodating when we asked for transportation to be included in the cost.

The hotel is conveniently located close to all the attractions in Sultanahmet, making it easy to explore and visit the places I wanted to see. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and clean mattress. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially Mr. Ozur. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. Additionally, the hotel had hot water available all the time, which was a great advantage.
